Hand-Tied Freshwater Flies Inspired by the Waters That Shape Them

Stache's Spinners is a small Wisconsin workshop creating handcrafted flies, inline spinners, and wooden lures inspired by the insects, fish, and waters we return to season after season.

Every fly has a story.

Our work is rooted in the long tradition of fly tying. We proudly tie enduring classics, regional favorites, and original Stache's Spinners designs. Whenever we feature a modern pattern developed by another innovator, we strive to acknowledge its origin whenever known and honor the contributions of today's fly designers. We believe that preserving the history of these patterns is as important as tying them well.
